My story 

I studied visual communication in Kent, UK. In 1999 I graduated with a BA in illustration. Almost right out of grad school I worked 3 years in an advertising agency in Stavanger, Norway.  Then I pursued my dream working as an freelance illustrator and graphic designer and have been doing that for over 20 years now. I have a studio at home and feel blessed almost every day! Working on branding, illustration, logodesign and children's books. Thankful for all my lovely clients!

In 2022 I teamed up with Mona Olsson and became partner in a firm called "The Knitting Stories".  We combine our passions illustration and knitting in a way that we haven't seen before.The Knitting Stories creates knitting patterns for kids and adults, both with and without embroidery. The embroideries are easy and fun to embroider. We only use simple back stitches. No drawing skills are needed. The patterns are suitable for knitters of all levels. The result is unique knitted garments that will hopefully make you smile! The Knitting Stories consists of knitter; Mona Olsson - "The Knitter" and illustrator; Vibeke Høie - "The Storyteller".
